Responsibility
- Safely operate luxury vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, hotels, and exclusive events.
- Adhere strictly to Limousine Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
- Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service to all passengers, anticipating their needs and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Maintain the limousine in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and coordination with maintenance teams.
- Navigate Baliās diverse regions (e.g., Ubud, Denpasar, Nusa Dua) efficiently, utilizing real-time traffic updates to optimize routes.
- Assist guests with luggage, doors, and other requests while upholding a polished and attentive demeanor.
- Document trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption accurately for record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to coordinate seamless pickups/drop-offs and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A) with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās geography, including major routes, landmarks, and traffic hotspots in Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, and beyond.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a fluent command of English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and a commitment to maintaining a discreet and trustworthy presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, or similar) and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in high-stakes situations.
- Prior experience in hotel, resort, or VIP transportation services is highly advantageous.
