Responsibility
- Monitor pool areas to prevent accidents, injuries, or unsafe behaviors among guests.
- Enforce all pool safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations.
- Inspect pool facilities and equipment daily to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide poolside service, and maintain a welcoming demeanor.
- Document incidents, accidents, or violations and report them to management.
- Participate in regular training and drills to maintain certification and readiness.
- Collaborate with the resort team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (e.g., Red Cross, ILS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or public pool setting.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues.
- First Aid and CPR certification (current and valid).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance and water chemistry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
