Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all café guests.
- Prepare and serve premium soft serve ice cream, beverages, and other menu items according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the POS system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking ingredient levels.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and promote special offers or new menu items.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B (fresh graduates with a passion for service are welcome!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic café operations is an advantage.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., ingredient supplies).
