Responsibility
- Operate and maintain steam irons and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and garments according to fabric type and care instructions.
- Inspect all items for stains, damages, or wear and apply appropriate treatments.
- Pack finished laundry neatly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets high standards.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies (detergents, softeners, etc.) and report shortages.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean workspace.
- Handle delicate fabrics and specialty items (e.g., silk, wool) with extra care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily laundry quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Proven experience using steam irons and industrial laundry equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 kg (laundry baskets, bundles, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic understanding of fabric care and stain removal techniques.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
