Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces) meet MOC’s rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry and linen services, including washing, ironing, and proper storage of fabrics.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained and readily available.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved, non-toxic products where required.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols regarding client properties and personal belongings.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service delivery across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or in a similar role, preferably in luxury properties or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and work in various environments.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to company policies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
