Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Prepare and serve light breakfast meals based on guest requests (e.g., continental breakfast, local dishes).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the villa management promptly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with laundry and ironing services as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene (for breakfast service).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
