Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas, including dining, kitchen, and service spaces.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for meals and events.
- Ensure all tableware, glassware, and utensils are cleaned, polished, and stored properly.
- Support the service team by replenishing supplies and assisting with guest requests.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle and dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
