Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of luxury villas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Ensure all guest areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens) meet five-star cleanliness standards.
- Restock and organize villa amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to guarantee quality and attention to detail.
- Handle laundry and ironing services for villa guests as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property management team promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved cleaning products safely.
- Assist with setting up villas for new guest arrivals, including decorative touches and welcome arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (preferably in luxury properties or hotels).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
