As a Laundry Staff member, you will handle kilo-based laundry services, ensuring all garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to customers in pristine condition. We offer a competitive salary with a structured progression: IDR 700,000/month for the first 3 months, increasing to IDR 1,000,000/month from the 4th month onward. Additional benefits include on-site facilities to support your work.
Based in the vibrant areas of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers the opportunity to work in one of Bali’s most dynamic service industries. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we provide the training and support to help you excel.
Responsibility
- Process kilo-based laundry orders, including sorting, washing, and drying garments according to fabric type and care instructions.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all laundry items for stains, damages, or special treatment needs before and after processing.
- Fold, hang, or package cleaned garments neatly for customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and storage areas.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management of detergents, fabric softeners, and other laundry supplies.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service for drop-off and pick-up interactions.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous experience in laundry services, housekeeping, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate fabrics with care.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Basic understanding of fabric types and appropriate washing methods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow company procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a bonus.
