Responsibility
- Conduct precise land surveys, including boundary, topographical, and construction surveys, using advanced tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, sketches, and digital maps for legal and development purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers to provide critical data for project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national surveying regulations and standards.
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues, such as land disputes or environmental constraints, and propose solutions.
- Perform site inspections to verify measurements and resolve discrepancies in land documentation.
- Utilize CAD and GIS software to create detailed survey reports and visual representations of land features.
- Provide expert testimony or documentation for legal proceedings related to land ownership or usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. Certification as a licensed surveyor is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, theodolites, laser scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Civil 3D).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with clients, government agencies, and team members.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions, including remote locations in Bali.
- Knowledge of Indonesian land laws, zoning regulations, and property boundaries.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites across Bali.
