Responsibility
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals to assemble and maintain mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Assemble, install, and test mechanical components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any anomalies or potential failures to senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with industry regulations.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements for record-keeping and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or troubleshooting—fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and understand schematic drawings and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations (4334 schedule) or standard hours with overtime as needed.
