Responsibility
- Provide high-quality blow dry, styling, and finishing services in clients' villas, resorts, or private residences across Bali.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, hair type, and desired look, offering expert recommendations for optimal results.
- Ensure all styling tools, products, and equipment are sanitized, well-maintained, and transported safely to each appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including punctuality, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor to enhance the client experience.
- Adapt styling techniques to suit different hair types, textures, and client needs, including bridal, event, and everyday styling.
- Collaborate with villa staff, event planners, and other hospitality professionals to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge styling solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, client preferences, and feedback to ensure personalized service for repeat clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a hair stylist, with a focus on blow dry, styling, and finishing techniques.
- Proven expertise in working with diverse hair types, textures, and lengths, including curly, straight, fine, and thick hair.
- Experience in bridal, event, or luxury hospitality styling is highly desirable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styling work, including before-and-after examples.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations across Bali.
- Professional certification or diploma in hairstyling, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Russian) are an advantage.
