Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and arranged according to property guidelines.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to prioritize tasks and meet guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify supervisors when restocking is required.
- Follow eco-friendly practices, including proper waste disposal and the use of sustainable cleaning products where applicable.
- Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of all guests, ensuring their personal belongings and information are respected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
