Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of luxury villas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, are immaculate.
- Manage laundry and linen services, including ironing and folding.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Assist with guest requests and provide exceptional service.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or villa setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
