Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, high standards of food quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, promotional initiatives, and exceptional customer engagement.
- Maintain inventory control, cost management, and budget adherence to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including local regulations and company policies.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, specials, and seasonal offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or high-volume establishments.
- Proven track record of team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and HR management tools.
- Passion for Asian cuisine, service excellence, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse workplace.
