Responsibility
- Coordinate accommodation bookings for clients, ensuring high standards of service and alignment with budget and preferences.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution for conferences, retreats, and corporate gatherings.
- Liaise with hotels, resorts, and local service providers to secure competitive rates and exclusive amenities for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams across Asia.
- Create detailed event proposals, itineraries, and reports to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and local market conditions to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption to client experiences.
- Support the expansion strategy by identifying new opportunities in Bali and other Asian markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in hospitality, event coordination, or accommodation management, preferably in a high-volume or international setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other Asian languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality landscape, including hotels, venues, and local vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, remote, or hybrid environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
