Responsibility
- Coordinate and follow up on emails from management to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Liaise with crew members to confirm their availability and readiness for vessel assignments.
- Collect, verify, and organize travel documents, visas, and other necessary paperwork for crew deployments.
- Conduct pre-departure briefings to ensure crew members are fully informed about their roles, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of crew movements, assignments, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Assist in resolving any logistical or administrative issues that may arise during crew transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline crew administration processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on crew status, deployments, and any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or hospitality, preferably in a maritime or travel-related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of travel documentation and visa processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support crew schedules.
