Responsibility
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, including confirmations, modifications, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Handle billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to brand standards and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in training new front office staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Diploma or certification in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
