Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage studio bookings, including scheduling classes, handling cancellations, and updating client records.
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist with social media management, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring all materials and amenities are well-stocked.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage client memberships and packages.
- Collaborate with the studio team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Assist in promoting studio events, workshops, and special offers to clients and the local community.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, social media platforms, and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
