Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., waiter/waitress, service crew) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support colleagues and enhance guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
