Responsibility
- Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, adhering to Wolfgang’s high standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a collaborative and professional bar team.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable experiences.
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus and innovative drink specials in collaboration with management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar workspace during peak service hours.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or upscale establishment.
- Proven expertise in classic and contemporary mixology techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with experience training or supervising staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
