Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial data to support business decisions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
