Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring a flawless appearance.
- Restock and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest accommodations.
- Inspect rooms and common areas for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to prioritize cleaning tasks based on guest check-ins/outs.
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in deep-cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related role, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift/move objects (up to 20 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet daily quotas.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
