Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet established standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
