Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory of supplies, equipment, and amenities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries using our inventory management system.
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill requests for supplies and ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and minimize waste or loss of inventory.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Support the maintenance team by ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and accessible.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs and place orders as required.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the storage and handling of all items.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a storekeeping, inventory, or logistics role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or tools (e.g., Excel, POS systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory items as needed.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices is highly desirable.
