Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Ensure all assigned areas are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., towels, toiletries, linens).
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, room setups for special events, and turnover services for new arrivals.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury villa setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian is a plus).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is advantageous.
