Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest accommodations.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before guest arrival.
- Handle and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including the use of eco-friendly cleaning products where applicable.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, ironing, and folding linens as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field (preferably in hospitality).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
