Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Provide attentive and courteous service, anticipating guest needs.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, including processing bills and providing change.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer guest questions about dishes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
