Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, villas, and common areas to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Change and replenish linens, towels, and amenities according to company standards and guest preferences.
- Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient workflow.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel, villa, or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in hospitality environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with international guests and team members.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
