Responsibility
- Safely transport family members to and from various destinations, including schools, appointments, social events, and airports.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of assigned vehicles, including regular inspections and coordination with service providers.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and alternative paths.
- Assist with household errands, such as grocery shopping, package deliveries, and other personal tasks as requested.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and family-specific protocols to ensure passenger security.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
- Provide discreet and professional service, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the family at all times.
- Handle minor vehicle repairs or emergencies and coordinate with mechanics when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record (Indonesian or international license accepted).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a private or professional driver, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (e.g., schools, hospitals, embassies).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Proven ability to maintain vehicle maintenance logs and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required by the family’s schedule.
