Responsibility
- Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Director and other executives as required
- Maintain excellent time management to ensure all appointments and meetings are attended on schedule
- Plan and optimize routes proactively to avoid traffic delays and ensure efficient travel
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicles at all times
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with luggage and other personal items when required, demonstrating excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel expenses
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safety at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with executive transportation
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and perform vehicle inspections
