Responsibility
- Safely transport clients to and from their destinations using their personal vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented appearance and ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition before each trip.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
- Provide courteous, professional, and punctual service to all clients.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or personal items when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including start/end times, distances, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatch (if applicable) to confirm pickups, drop-offs, and any changes in schedule.
- Handle minor vehicle maintenance issues (e.g., checking tire pressure, fluid levels) and report any mechanical concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in private or executive transport.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations.
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
- Physically fit to assist with luggage and perform light vehicle checks.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and mobile apps for route planning.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor.
