Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and light commercial vehicles, in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure the safe and timely pickup and delivery of goods and materials to designated locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring that goods are secure and protected during transit to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, logs, and any incidents or delays encountered during transit.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to coordinate schedules, report delays, and provide updates on delivery status.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian B1 driver’s license (required) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery services.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions, including knowledge of key routes in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines and manage schedules effectively.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required.
