Responsibility
- Provide safe, professional, and discreet chauffeur services to clients in Bali’s premium locations.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled pickups, drop-offs, and appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Assist clients with luggage, doors, and other concierge-level services as needed.
- Navigate Bali’s diverse terrains and traffic conditions with expertise and adaptability.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
- Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (preferably with a clean driving record).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional chauffeur or luxury driver.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, roads, and high-end destinations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Discreet, trustworthy, and well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and emergency protocols.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
