Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods, personnel, or equipment as assigned.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of travel times, distances, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Navigate efficiently through Bali’s diverse terrains, including urban and rural areas, using GPS and local knowledge.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the dispatch or management team.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, colleagues, or passengers.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or corporate settings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s road networks, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long driving hours.
