Responsibility
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery productivity.
- Ensure the safety and security of all delivered items.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C).
- Minimum 1 year of riding experience, preferably in delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's roads and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation and delivery tracking apps.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
