Responsibility
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for daily deliveries.
- Ensure the safety and security of all delivered items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Inspect and maintain the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C).
- Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of riding and lifting packages.
- Basic smartphone skills for navigation and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
