Responsibility
- Operate and drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of passengers, cargo, and the public.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to plan and optimize routes for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting passengers with loading/unloading luggage and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately and follow up with necessary documentation.
- Assist in minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and fluid top-ups, to ensure vehicle reliability.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B1) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to perform basic inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of loading/unloading cargo and sitting for extended periods.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
