Responsibility
- Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to customers or businesses within assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain optimal van condition and report any issues.
- Verify delivery documents, obtain signatures, and provide excellent customer service at each stop.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
- Handle and secure packages with care to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery statuses or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM B1 or B2) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a van driver, courier, or in a similar logistics role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) for customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of GPS navigation tools and route-planning apps is a plus.
