Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to designated locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Pick up and transport goods from clients, ensuring timely and secure handling.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including receipts and signatures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Adhere to scheduled delivery routes and timelines to maximize efficiency.
- Report any delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries to the logistics coordinator.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions, particularly in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of packages.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use GPS and navigation tools for efficient route planning.
