Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of logistics services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, transportation, and customer service, to optimize workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams and Chinese management, facilitating clear and effective communication in Mandarin.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all operational activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations for management review.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal) and proficient in English; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of problem-solving, process optimization, and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultural and organizational boundaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
