Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Perform pickup and delivery services for clients, ensuring all items are securely loaded, unloaded, and handled with care.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to verify roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and documentation for all shipments and transactions.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery driving, logistics, or a related field (preferably with equipment transport).
- Familiarity with Baliās road networks, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Basic English and Indonesian language proficiency for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by business needs.
