Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport pet supplies, poultry products, and other goods to designated locations.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and unload cargo securely, verifying delivery accuracy and obtaining customer signatures as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to coordinate schedules and prioritize urgent deliveries.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (preferably with experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles).
- Proven track record as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and geographic areas (familiarity with target locations is a plus).
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) as needed.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with team members and customers.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
