As a Delivery Rider, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages across Bali’s vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to designated locations within Bali, adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles (motorcycle or bicycle) to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Verify delivery details, including recipient information and package integrity, before handing over items.
- Use GPS and route-planning tools to optimize delivery routes and minimize travel time.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and any incidents or delays.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as required, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C for motorcycles) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts (familiarity with target areas is advantageous).
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone literacy to use delivery apps, GPS, and communication tools.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
