Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles to transport goods, products, or personnel as assigned.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups while minimizing fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, or team members during deliveries.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially when handling food products.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license (preferably with endorsements for commercial vehicles).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes in Bali.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to interact with team members and clients.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours of driving.
