Responsibility
- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently and on time within the Setia Alam and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the safe handling and secure transport of all Lazada parcels to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and utilize handheld scanning devices for real-time order tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling package handovers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safe operating conditions and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Coordinate closely with the hub dispatcher to manage delivery schedules and address any logistical challenges on the go.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid motorcycle or car driver's license (GDL license is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with the Setia Alam and Selangor route geography and navigation tools.
- Proven record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical capability to handle parcels of varying weights and sizes throughout the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as required by logistics demands.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with mobile logistics apps/GPS systems.
