Responsibility
- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently and safely within the Simpang Ampat and surrounding Penang areas.
- Ensure the secure handling and timely delivery of various parcels, documents, and packages.
- Conduct routine vehicle/motorcycle checks to ensure equipment is roadworthy and well-maintained.
- Collect and verify delivery documentation, including signatures and proof of delivery via company apps.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during all delivery interactions.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery schedules and turnaround times.
- Report any traffic incidents, vehicle malfunctions, or delivery delays to the dispatch team immediately.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid B2 (motorcycle) or D (car) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the road networks and navigation tools in Simpang Ampat and Penang.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphone applications for navigation and delivery logging.
- Physical stamina required to handle repetitive loading and unloading of goods.
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
