Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, including labeling, sorting, and storing items efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training will be provided if necessary).
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and processing orders.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
