Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a strong understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
