Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and inventory lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label, scan, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and restocking warehouse shelves.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
